As your doula, I will be providing emotional, physical and educational support over the course of your pregnancy, labor and postpartum stages. Also, as a public health practitioner, I am able to provide additional resources such as a review of your and your partner’s health history, an overview of common pregnancy complications, and evidence-based recommendations for effective prevention and intervention strategies. I do not prescribe medicine or treatment, but simply provide you with research-backed options for improving pregnancy outcomes. Additionally, I am happy to serve as a liaison between you and your provider and will always advocate for you, on your behalf.
